InLife joined PhilStar Media Group’s NakakaBazaar 2024, the culminating activity of the year-long Nakakalocal Year 2 at SM Clark, Pampanga on April 28. Shown in photo during the Kudos Local! Year 2 Awarding is Pio’s Gourmet Tuyo owner Azenith Castalone (5th from left), who received the Nakakahangang Shero Award for “…exemplifying the spirit of InLife Sheroes and playing a pivotal role in inspiring other women to contribute to the growth of their community, and the Philippine economy.” Pio’s Gourmet Tuyo, a woman-led enterprise, makes nutritious, healthy and ready-to-eat tuyo, tinapa and dilis in bottles and pouches. InLife also awarded Pio’s Gourmet Tuyo a group term insurance coverage for one year. Earlier, InLife’s First Vice President and Group Distribution Head Armand P. Santos (2nd from left) gave a talk on how MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) can provide financial protection for their employees through group insurance. The InLife Sheroes Advocacy and Movement is a program for women empowerment. Since its inception in 2019, it has reached more than 6.5 million Filipino women through its four pillars of financial literacy, health and wellness, women-specific solutions and social and business networks.
