Recruitment Specialist
The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing agency recruitment strategies to increase prospective Financial Advisors (FAs) in different Regions and to foster the growth and development of a responsive and proactive agency force, aligning with the Company’s manpower growth and retention goals.
PRINCICPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Conceptualizes, develops, and implements recruitment programs to strategically attract target candidates for the Financial Advisor role.
- Organizes Business Opportunity Programs to promote the Agency Career.
- Designs and conducts appropriately focused Career Orientation/Business Orientation programs.
- Develops and monitors productivity measures to identify gains attributable to implemented recruitment and retention programs.
- Monitors the progress of qualified prospects who have attended orientation programs.
- Formulates and submits reports focusing on (but not limited to) progress of each recruitment campaign; expense vs budget report; and recruitment progress reports.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE ROLE:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in recruitment, particularly within the financial services or insurance sectors.
- Good understanding of the roles and responsibilities of Financial Advisors and Unit Managers in the life insurance industry
- Outstanding event planning and execution skills, with a knack for creating memorable and impactful recruitment events.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinker with strategic insight to develop innovative recruitment approaches.
- Proficiency in utilizing recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and relevant tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative team player who can also work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for networking, relationship-building, and identifying top talent.
