InLife Wins Silver for Best Digital Experience at CX Asia Excellence Awards 2024
The InLife App Team, in collaboration with the Customer Experience Team, was awarded the Silver Award for Best Digital Experience at the CX Asia Excellence Awards 2024. Led by President and CEO Raoul Antonio E. Littaua (center), this recognition highlights InLife’s commitment to innovation and enhancing digital experiences for policyholders.
Insular Life (InLife) copped the Silver Award for the Best Digital Experience at the CX Asia Excellence Awards 2024, recognizing the innovative and customer-focused design of the InLife App.
The InLife App stands out for its simplicity and convenience, offering users seamless access to real-time policy information through dynamic dashboards. It enables policyholders to file insurance claims, manage policies effortlessly, and perform transactions like fund switches and premium redirections — all through a fully digital, straight-through process.
