InLife wins two Anvil Awards. InLife’s employee engagement and internal communication program, and Insular Foundation’s employee volunteerism program were given Silver Anvil Awards during the recent 60th Anvil Awards of the Public Relations Society of the Philippines. The InLife Team was led by InLife’s Chief Human Resources Officer Rozana G. Pecson (fifth from left) and Insular Foundation Executive Director Ana Maria R. Soriano (sixth from left).
Insular Life (InLife) won two Silver Anvil Awards from the Public Relations Society of the Philippines (PRSP).
InLife’s employee engagement and internal communication program “I am InLife. I Win In Life.” won under the PR Program – Employee Engagement category. Insular Foundation’s Employee Volunteerism Program, on the other hand, won under the PR Program – Corporate Social Responsibility category.
InLife implements a year-round Wellness Intervention (Win In Life) program which includes activities and events for the physical, mental, emotional and social wellbeing of its 700 employees nationwide. Complementing this is InLife’s internal communication campaign “I Am InLife” to cultivate pride among employees through a series of articles and video stories.
InLife’s Chief Human Resources Officer Rozana G. Pecson dedicated the award to all InLife employees. “Our employees are the company’s biggest asset. In encouraging employees to take charge of their holistic wellness through our activities and events throughout the year, we stay true to our mission of helping Filipinos lead A Lifetime for Good,” she said.
Insular Foundation Executive Director Ana Maria R. Soriano said the Foundation and the employee volunteers help address the perennial problems of access to quality education, poverty, and environmental issues through meaningful activities.
“This Anvil award will inspire us to continue supporting hundreds of students in our partner public schools, caring for communities in need, and helping protect our environment.”
The annual Anvil Awards, considered as the Oscars of public relations in the country, recognizes outstanding public relations programs and tools that drive credibility and business impact.
