Legacy of touching lives
Malipero of CPV Malipero and Associates Insurance Agency, Inc. said InLife’s comprehensive training programs and his personal commitment to excellence fuel his drive to succeed in the life insurance business. The InLife’s Top Unit Manager from Davao said his focus on customers’ financial needs translates to reaching sales targets and expanding clientbase.
He followed the footsteps of his parents Arslie and Caroline who are InLife financial advisors for more than two decades now.
“As a unit manager, I recruit new financial advisors, service existing clients, and sell insurance products. This career profoundly impacts both me and my family by allowing us to work closely together, strengthen our bonds, and ensure financial stability. It also enables us to continue the legacy my parents have built, providing valuable services to our clients while fostering a sense of pride and accomplishment within our family,” Malipero said.
He noted that working in the life insurance industry is challenging, but he has grown to love the profession and cultivated the passion for helping others achieve their goals.
“Walang imposible sa taong may determinasyon at puso. As a team, we strive to overcome challenges with unwavering determination and passion to help others achieve financial security. The financial rewards and opportunities to travel are significant incentives in this profession,” he said.
Business knowledge and purpose for others
Noro is a Unit Manager and the Head of Training of Agila Financial Team General Insurance Agency, Inc. based in Cebu.
“My inspiration in this profession stems from a desire to blend my business knowledge with a passion for helping others achieve financial security. I aim to provide comprehensive financial planning services and educate my clients about the importance of insurance and financial stability,” he said.
Counting 11 years in the life insurance industry, Noro said strategic planning, teamwork, and exceptional customer service enabled the Agila Financial Sales Team to achieve sales targets year after year.
“This career has been a rewarding challenge, offering me a chance to grow both personally and professionally. It has brought stability to my family and a sense of fulfillment, knowing that I am helping others achieve their financial goals. This is more than just a job, but a way to make real impact on people's lives,” he said.
Vision of financial security
Pia of J & C and Associates Insurance Agency, Inc. said finding the right person who will spread the benefits of life insurance is challenging. But once this challenge is fulfilled, he said “everything will just fall into place.”
The former overseas worker pointed out that his role as unit manager allows him to share his vision of helping Filipinos attain financial security.
“I love to empower my team of financial advisors because I truly believe that all of us are capable of being the best in all that we do. I remind my team the reason why we do what we do – to help others secure the future of their loved ones. We have the opportunity to help others secure the future of their loved ones,” Pia said.
